Service Description. This Site describes Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, Engine Bay Cleaning, Interior Detailing, Headlight Restoration provided by Bonney Lake Detail. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Bonney Lake Detail or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bonney Lake Detail makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Bonney Lake Detail arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Bonney Lake Detail from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in WA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
